Sejarah

Awal tahun, kontrak rekaman dan album debut (2006-2010)

     Black Veil Brides didirikan tahun 2006 dengan menggunakan nama Brides dengan anggota Andrew Biersack (vokal), Johnny Herold (gitar), dan Phil Cenedella (bass) di Delhi, Ohio. Mereka segera dihubungi melalui Myspace oleh Nate Shipp (gitar) dan Chris Riesenberg (drum). Band ini merilis Sex & Hollywood pada tahun 2007, diikuti oleh Never Give In pada bulan Juni 2008. Mereka mulai mendapatkan pengakuan untuk lagu "Knives and Pens". Video musik telah memperoleh lebih dari 25.000.000 pemandangan ke  YouTube..
      Pada akhir November 2009, David "Pan" Burton meninggalkan kelompok karena perbedaan arah dan bentrokan antar anggota. Tak lama setelah kepergiannya ia mulai proyek Rumah Kaca dengan sebelumnya gitaris Black Veil Brides, Chris "Hollywood" Bluser. Demo yang diposting di Myspace, dengan lirik ditulis oleh Biersack. Black Veil Brides menjawab, mengatakan bahwa demo berasal dari album debut mendatang mereka dan bahwa Pan telah merekam vokal atas mereka. Pan mengaku ia menulis lagu sebelum bergabung dengan band dan bahwa demo adalah cara lagu itu awalnya ditujukan untuk menjadi. Karena demo ini yang dirilis sebelum  We Stitch These Wounds, band ini mengubah judul lagu "Funeral in Flames" untuk "Beautiful Remains" dan "Alive and Burning" untuk "All Your Hate". Namun, "Sweet Blasphemy" tetap sama.
      Pada bulan September 2009, menggunakan nama saat ini, Black Veil Brides menandatangani kontrak dengan label independen siaga Records. Proses menulis untuk tur dan merekam mulai segera. Pada bulan Desember 2009, band ini memulai tur AS pertama mereka yang berjudul "On Leather Wings".
Kelompok debut album We Stitch These Wounds dirilis 13 Juli 2010 dan terjual hampir 10.000 kopi dalam minggu pertama, peringkat di # 36 di chart Billboard Top 200, dan # 1 di chart Independen Billboard. Pada tahun 2010 akhir, Hitam Kerudung Brides melanjutkan tur dengan band  The Birthday Massacre, Dommin and Aural Vampire

Future events and Set the World on Fire (2011-onward)

Band ini akan melanjutkan ke Vans Warped Tour, mulai 24 Juni 2011 dan berakhir 14 Agustus pada tahun yang sama. Hal ini juga telah dirilis bahwa band ini akan tampil di festival seperti Download Festival di Inggris dan Bamboozle. Pada tanggal 20 April itu adalah mengungkapkan band telah memenangkan Golden Award Majalah Revolver Dewa untuk Best New Artist, Kerrang! UK Rock Majalah Terbaik Pendatang baru, dan dinominasikan untuk Kerrang! Best Newcomer Internasional.
      Kedua studio band album, Set the World on Fire diharapkan akan dirilis pada tanggal 14 Juni 2011 dengan Lava Music/Universal Republic Records. Seni penutup dirilis pada bulan April.Judul lagu dari Set the World on Fire direncanakan untuk digunakan dalam film Scream 4.. Pada berita tentang lagu tidak digunakan band ini merilis pernyataan dan preview lagu diperpanjang. Ia kemudian mengumumkan pada 23 Mei bahwa lagu akan ditampilkan dalam Transformers: Dark of the Moon
      Sebuah klip timbal album tunggal, "Fallen Angels", dirilis pada akhir April. Ia kemudian sepenuhnya dirilis di Inggris pada tanggal 1 Mei. Rilis AS didorong dari 3 Mei untuk 10 Mei untuk diberikan secara gratis dengan urutan pra- Set the World on Fire di iTunes Sebagai hasil dari "Fallen Angels" menjadi tertunda preview dari lagu "Youth and Whisky" dirilis pada tanggal 3 Mei.
